  Je t'aime.

You tipped your head at the little note sticking out of the top of your backpack. Je t'aime... that means 'I love you' in French right? The only person who you knew who spoke French was your friend Francis Bonnefoy, but he knew you liked someone else... so who put the note in your backpack?

You walked out to lunch before sitting out at your table. The table was outside so the hot sun beat down on you from the moment you sat down. You were the first one there, like normal, so you looked at the note again. You didn't recognize the handwriting...

"Yo! ________!" you crumpled the note in your hand as a voice sounded a little bit behind you. Oh gods... if Alfred saw the note he would pressure you forever. You looked around frantically before shoving the piece of paper down your shirt and turning around.

"Hey Alfred," you greeted. His blue eyes sparkled happily and his dark blond hair bounced. The little bit of hair that stuck up from the top of his head swayed.

"How's it goin' dudette~?" he asked planting himself on the bench beside you.

"Pretty good... say..." you thought of a way to start a conversation, "Have you finished the outline for your English essay?"

He froze, "Is that due today?"

You smirked, "Next hour to be exact."

He grabbed some books from his backpack and began writing out a rough outline.

"Git, I told you that you should have done that yesterday instead of playing video games," you heard behind you.

  "Hey Artie," you said.

  "Hello, love," Arthur replied

Slowly, your friends filed to the table. The table was too small to seat all of you, so some people ended up on the concrete bench behind the table. You helped Alfred write the outline to his paper, and before you knew it the bell rang, signaling you had six minutes to get to class.

"Ah, come on dudette!" Alfred said. The two of you had the next class together, English, but you had to talk to Francis... who was walking away!

"I need to... use the restroom real fast," you lied, "I'll meet you there okay?"

He shrugged, "Okay, see you in a bit."

You shuffled over to Francis and tapped his shoulder. He turned quickly and smiled, "Salut, ________~ What's up?"

"Oh, uh..." you blushed and reached into your shirt, pulling out a small crumpled piece of paper.

"You have... boob paper?" Francis asked confused.

"No! I mean kinda.. I mean no! This was sticking out of my backpack earlier and I don't know who it's from," you explained handing him the note.

He uncrumpled it and smiled, "It's a love letter~"

"Yeah but who is it from?"

"Je ne sais pas~" he answered, "But it wasn't moi."

"I figured... oh well.. thanks anyway," you turned away.

"Anything ma belle~. Also," he added and you turned back to him, "Make a move quickly on that boy of yours." He winked. You flushed red and ran off to English.

--

"What's wrong _______?" Alfred asked when you took your seat next to him, "You're red..."

You touched your cheek, "Oh nothing..." you were glad he didn't press anymore. You leaned down to your backpack to see another piece of paper sticking out of it.

  Ti amo.

You shoved the paper back into your bag and pulled out your English binder. Another note... it had to have been put in there during lunch. It looked Italian, so you plugged it into the google translator on your phone when no one was looking. It was Italian, and it meant the same thing as the last note.

"Whatcha doin'?" Alfred asked and you pocketed your phone.

  "N-nothing."

--

  Ich liebe dich.

German this time, you knew it for sure. The note was in your locker when you opened it, laying on the bottom of the metal safe. You read it uncertainly, who was giving you these notes? You had a lot of friends who spoke different languages, but you couldn't be sure who it was because so far three different tongues have been used.

French, Italian and German. It wasn't Francis, you doubted it was Feliciano, and it definitely wasn't Ludwig.

You sighed and shut your locker.

--

The day passed quickly, and you haven't gotten any more notes since the morning. Your luck ran out when you walked into Math, the class before lunch. You were one of the first people there and on your desk was another note.

  Daisuki.

Romanized version of 'I love you' in Japanese. Your love of anime has taught you that.

"(Teacher's name)? Who put this here?" you asked.

Your teacher was noticeably fighting a smile when s/he shrugged. You pouted, so they knew and they weren't going to say anything.

--

After walking out of class, you went to your locker to get your English rough draft. You didn't want to carry it around all day fearing that you might lose it. In your locker was another note.

Points for persistence... you thought before looking at it.

Ya tebya lyublyu was written on the top, and across the bottom was, Wǒ ài nǐ.

You didn't know which languages either was, but you guessed they meant the same thing.

Suddenly it was plucked from your hand and you turned to see one of your friends Ivan Bradinsky holding it.

  "H-hey!" you said panicking.

"This says 'I love you', da?" he asked.

  "I-is it Russian?" you asked.

"Da, romanized Russian and Chinese~" he said with a smile.

"Oh, I have no idea where the notes are coming from," you sighed.

Ivan patten your back, "You'll find out soon sunflower." Then he walked away, leaving you very confused.

At the lunch table you told Francis about the new notes and he just shrugged, saying that it was a very clever way of courting someone.

"Hey _______~" Alfred said and you turned to him, "Do you want to hang at my place after school?"

"Sure!" you smiled. Knowing him, it was probably going to be procrastinating homework and playing video games when you got there. Plus, you loved hanging out with Alfred.

--

The day passed quickly because you were anticipating going to Alfred's house. Maybe you could take Francis's advice and make a move on him there... maybe...

Eventually, the last bell rang and you met Alfred by your locker. You considered opening it to check for notes, but you didn't want to discover one in front of Alfred.

"Ready? I got this awesome game a few days ago that you need to play. It's amazing~" he sang as he turned and walked out of the building with a laugh.

Alfred didn't live very far from the school, so you walked there. You chatted about classes, games, food and several other random topics before you near his house.

"Okay dudette," Alfred said, though he looked slightly nervous, "I need to get another remote from my neighbor, just walk right in." He took off towards the house across the street.

You walked up the sidewalk, and put your hand on the door handle before you saw a note taped to the door. You tilted your head before grabbing it.

It read, 'What language hasn't been used yet. Think carefully.'

"A lot of languages haven't been used yet..." you thought out loud. Think carefully... what languages have been used?

First French, then Italian, German, Japanese, Russian and Chinese. You thought a moment... Francis, Feliciano, Ludwig, Kiku, Ivan and Yao. All your best friend's native languages.... that leaves...

  English... Arthur and Alfred?

On the bottom was a side note that said 'Turn it onto the back. You did so and found another message, 'I don't have a British accent. Turn around.'

You turned around quickly and saw Alfred standing at the edge of his porch, holding a single (favorite flower).

"__________," he said slowly, "I love you."

You just stood there stunned, your (e/c) eyes staring into his sky blue orbs. He smiled uncertainly.

"A-Alfred? You were the o-one who gave me the n-notes?" you stuttered out.

"Yeah, I had a little help from the others," he admitted.

"Everyone was in on it?" you cried incredulously.

"Ivan almost gave it away when he wanted to see how you reacted to the Russian letter, but it turned out fine," he smiled.

You walked toward him and took the flower from his hand, "Thank you, Alfred. I love you too." You threw your arms around him in a tight hug.

"Francis told me when I asked him for dating advice," the American chuckled. He brought his lips to yours in a gentle peck on your lips. You smiled and brought him down for a deeper kiss.

  "I love you."

--

The others sat in wait in the bushes to the far right of the new happy couple.

"I knew it would work," Francis said happily.

"Shut up, it was my idea to do it in different languages," Arthur retorted.

"What about us, aru? We helped him write what went on the letters in the first place," Yao snorted.

"Ve~ look at them! They are so cute, I am glad it worked!" Feliciano squealed as Kiku snapped a photo of their first kiss for memorial reasons.

"I am surrounded by bothersome fools..." Ludwig complained.

"We will all stop fighting and let _______ and Alfred have their moment now, da?" another voice sounded and they all turned to see Ivan holding his pipe menacingly.

  "D-da," they answered quickly.

Hello all~

How about some fluff~! Fluff is always fun. I have this headcanon that America speaks most of the languages of the world XD I took that idea and changed it around until I landed on this.

So cute~

That suckish title though... I couldn't think of much else.

I really have nothing else to say. So here you go.
